Ideal hotel and great and excellent location to a very impressive shopping mall where one can get basic amenities as well as gift items to take back home. Location next to Paraguays biggest shopping malls “ Shopping del Sol ”, where a lot of the social life of middle/upper class Paraguayans takes place and several restaurents & coffee shops and the biggest department store. Exceptionally comfortable bed, new-fashioned and cheap room. True 5-star experience, excellent service.

Varied breakfast to start the day with pasteries and from cereal and juices. Good area, central location really close to Asunción as well as has nice bar area.

The restaurant was excellent for all three meals. the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent with a mall and a supermarket within walking distance. - the hotel provided personalized service. - the staff was respectful and efficient.

There was construction going on. This is never good but they made a good thing out of a potentially bad thing. Also, as a business traveler, I would have liked to known that 2 of the 3 nights I was there, there were graduation parties or programs with lots of people milling around the front. Not sure I would have chosen to stay during these events.

very good location... great bar upstairs with a view. After checking out you could take a shower upstairs in the spa area.

Actually, just a little something:. You couldn't read the printout of the receipt at the bar. So "blind" signature. Cappuccino at breakfast is not good. You should do better in Sheraton

During my recent stay at the Sheraton in Asuncion, I was thrilled with the hotel's convenient location. It is situated in an area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other hotels, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The reception team was friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the noise from nearby construction and occasional events, the hotel turned these potential negatives into positives. They handled the construction situation well, minimizing any disruptions to guests.

Convenient location close to tourist attractions such as the Museo del Barro. It was a great decision to have lunch at Sushi Pop, just 400 feet away from here. 🍣
